Refund policy

Winenot Xperience offers custom created perishable goods that cannot be repackaged or sold again. We do not provide refunds/returns/exchanges after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website.  Please make sure that you’ve carefully read our product descriptions before making a purchase. 

 Order Errors*

We ask that you contact us immediately after you receive your order, if one of the following occurs:
  • You receive an incorrect order (i.e. food that is different than what is listed on your receipt).
  • Your order is missing items (i.e. you do not receive food or enhancements that are listed on your receipt).
  • An unforeseen circumstance/emergency on our part, causes us to have to cancel your delivery/pick up (in this case, we will contact you).
*In the rare occasion that any of the above events should occur, we will arrange an alternative delivery/pickup for a replacement/corrected order. 

 Catering

In addition to the above refund policy terms, a non-refundable deposit that is required at the time or order placement. This deposit amount will be deducted from the final invoice and may not include additional fees for catering service(s). Final payments are due 48 prior to pickup/delivery date.
